At Taskeen Therapy, our couples’ therapy recognises and respects the diverse backgrounds, values and traditions that shape relationships. We understand that culture plays a significant role in communication styles, family dynamics and expectations within a partnership.

Check-in Therapy Session
These Check-in sessions are designed for clients who are in a stable place but benefit from periodic support. These shorter 30 minute sessions are offered over your choice of online platform. This provides a space to reflect, maintain progress, and address any emerging concerns before they become overwhelming.
Ideal for those who have completed weekly therapy sessions check-ins help reinforce coping strategies, provide accountability and offer a moment of clarity in a busy life.
Career Therapy
